Job Title: Civil Engineer – Finishing Work

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer to supervise and manage finishing work at our construction project. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship, timely completion, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise all finishing activities, including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, gypsum work, doors, windows, and other finishing works.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with the project manager.




- Ensure proper material planning and avoid wastage.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and finishing defects.
- Ensure timely completion of finishing work as per the project schedule.
- Follow site safety rules and maintain proper site discipline.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in building construction and finishing work.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, finishing materials, and quality control.
- Valuable site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage labour, contractors, and multiple finishing activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
