About the Company

Crescent Contractors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and dedicated Civil Site Engineers to manage and supervise ongoing commercial construction projects at multiple locations in Kochi and Perinthalmanna.

Job Description

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality workmanship, monitoring project progress and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors and project management teams to ensure timely completion of assigned works.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and manage daily construction activities at project sites.

· Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

· Read, interpret and implement structural and architectural drawings.

· Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

· Coordinate with subcontractors, contractors, consultants and site workers.





· Ensure quality control of construction materials and workmanship.

· Monitor material requirements and minimize material wastage.

· Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

· Coordinate with the project team regarding technical and execution-related issues.

· Ensure compliance with site safety standards and construction procedures.

· Identify site issues and provide practical solutions.

· Maintain proper coordination between different construction activities.

Eligibility & Qualifications

· B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· 2–5 years of experience in civil construction.

· Experience in commercial building projects will be an added advantage.

· Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.

· Ability to read and understand civil, structural and architectural drawings.

· Robust site supervision and project coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
