Job DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable Sales Back Office Executive for our fasteners manufacturing/trading business. You will handle backend operations, process orders, and support our sales team to ensure smooth client delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing Create quotations, proforma invoices, and packing lists for fastener orders.

- Punch orders into the system with correct item sizes, grades, and quantities.
- Coordination Follow up with the production/dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of fasteners.
- Coordinate with clients regarding order status, dispatch details, and payments.
- Data Management Maintain records of stock availability, client registers, and pending orders.
- Prepare daily or weekly Excel sales reports for the management.Requirements
- Experience:



1–3 years in back-office operations (Experience in hardware, fasteners, or manufacturing is a plus).
- Skills: MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic sorting) and basic computer knowledge.
- Education: Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
- Communication: Decent English for WhatsApp/Email communication and clear Hindi for phone calls.Job Details
