Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 3–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across various non-IT domains. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple requirements, meeting recruitment targets, and coordinating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.
2. Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, and other recruitment platforms.
3. Handle recruitment across various non-IT domains, including:

- Sales & Marketing
- HR & Administration
- Finance & Accounts
- Banking & Insurance
- Customer Support / BPO
- Operations & Supply Chain
- Real Estate & Hospitality
- Front Office & Back Office

1. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
2. Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
4.



Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
5. Negotiate salaries and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
6. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly MIS reports.
7. Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining recruitment quality.

Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- MBA in HR or relevant HR qualification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in consultancy or recruitment agencies are preferred.
- Must have experience handling multiple Non-IT requirements.
- Should be proactive, confident, and capable of working independently.
- Should have a strong understanding of market salary trends and candidate availability.
