Shift: Night Shift – California (USA) Working Hours

Working Hours: 8 Hours Daily | 40 Hours Weekly (Some Flexibility May Be Required)

We are seeking a skilled Senior Medical Biller with experience in US healthcare billing and hands-on experience using US Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

The selected candidate will initially handle medical billing responsibilities and work toward independently managing billing operations, supervising junior billers, and ensuring team productivity and accountability.

This position offers an opportunity to grow into a Billing Team Lead role based on performance, experience, and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

- US EHR Experience: Hands-on experience with US EHR systems. Our current system is eClinicalWorks (eCW).
- US Medical Billing Experience: Knowledge of claims processing, payment posting, denial management, accounts receivable (AR), and revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Leadership Skills: Ability to guide, train, and supervise other medical billers.
- English Proficiency: Solid spoken and written English communication skills.
- Computer Literacy: Excellent computer skills and proficiency with online applications.
- Equipment: Candidates must initially have their own laptop/computer, headset with microphone, and reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Online Presence: On-camera presence during designated working hours is required.
- Work Schedule: Commitment to working according to California (USA) business hours,



with reasonable flexibility when necessary.
