Online Marketing - Coordinate with the existing social media team on content calendar, campaigns and posting schedule - Collect site footage from site supervisors and scripts from the technical team; brief the social media team - Manage the Google Business Profile: posts, photos, customer review requests and replies - Manage online listings (Justdial, IndiaMART, Google Maps) and keep details current - Handle WhatsApp Business: broadcasts, catalogue and enquiry responses - Track website, social media and paid campaign leads; review campaign results with the social media team - Monitor competitor offers, pricing communication and online activity - Record customer video reviews and testimonials after commissioning, with written consent Offline Marketing - Plan and run activations at residential societies, RWAs and colonies - Organise stalls at exhibitions, melas, markets and local events - Build tie-ups with builders, architects,



electricians and interior designers for referrals - Run outreach to schools, hospitals, hotels, shops and small industries for commercial projects - Manage the customer referral programme - Conduct channel partner meets and supply them with marketing material - Manage print and outdoor media: brochures, leaflets, banners, hoardings and newspaper inserts - Ensure company branding boards are installed at completed sites - Coordinate with printers and vendors for material quality and delivery Lead Management and Reporting - Tag every lead by source in the CRM - Hand over qualified leads to sales on the same day - Submit a monthly report: activities done, leads by channel, cost per lead and conversions Requirements - Graduate(BBA/MBA), with 1–3 years in marketing (solar, real estate or consumer durables preferred) - Fluent Hindi, working English - Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
