Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Manager to drive business growth in the Transformer Manufacturing, Remanufacturing, Repair, Refurbishment, and Maintenance Services business. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of transformers, excellent business development skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships across industrial and utility sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Identify new business opportunities in transformer manufacturing, repairs, refurbishment, testing, and maintenance.

- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions.

- Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, EPC contractors, OEMs, utilities, and government organisations.

- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate, and secure orders.

- Maintain the sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and delivery.

- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment collections.

- Handle tender and e-tender documentation and submissions.

- Conduct promotional activities, exhibitions, and product presentations.

- Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.





- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and maintain CRM records.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Power & Distribution Transformers, OLTC, testing, repairs, refurbishment, and commissioning.

- Experience in B2B industrial sales and technical marketing.

- Skilled in techno-commercial proposals and tender documentation.

- Good knowledge of GST and commercial business processes.

- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

- Good telephonic communication and business development skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 1 month.

- Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.

- Robust relationships with Electricity Boards, Power Plants, Steel Plants, Cement Industries, PSUs, EPC Contractors, OEMs, and other industrial customers.

- Willing to travel extensively (1520 days per month) for business development and customer meetings.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
