About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional with solid expertise in:

End-to-End Accounting

IND AS, US GAAP &

- IFRS Reporting

Financial Statement Preparation &

- Consolidation

AP/AR Management &

- Month-End Close

Indian &

- US Taxation (GST, TDS, Corporate Tax, IRS Compliance)

SOX Compliance &

- Internal Controls

Statutory &

- Regulatory Reporting

Audit Management &

- Audit Readiness

FP&A;, Variance Analysis &

- Strategic Finance

This role will partner with senior leadership to drive financial governance, performance management, compliance, and business decision-making across domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting under IND AS, US GAAP &

- IFRS

Lead Monthly, Quarterly &

- Annual Closures

Manage Financial Consolidation &

- Intercompany Accounting

Oversee AP/AR Operations &

- Cash Flow Management

Drive Tax Compliance across India &





- US Jurisdictions

Lead Internal &

- External Audits

Implement and Strengthen SOX &

- Internal Control Frameworks

Provide Financial Insights, Forecasting &

- Business Performance Analysis

Mentor and Develop High-Performing Finance Teams

Qualifications

CA Qualified/ CA Semi or finalist (Dropout) / CMA/ CPA / MBA - Qualified (Finance)

8-15 Years of Finance &

- Accounting Experience post qualification with exposure to global & domestic stakeholder management

Strong people management and leadership experience, with the ability to build, guide, and retain successful teams.

Robust Exposure to US Accounting, Indian Accounting, SEC Reporting &

- Financial Consolidation

Experience with ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or QuickBooks

Excellent Stakeholder Management and Leadership Skills
