Roles & Responsibilities

Work on memory design and Foundation IP development.

Handle NVM IP benchmarking, onboarding, release and support activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on memory IP-related activities.

Support design enablement and technical execution.

Work with relevant EDA tools, including Cadence and Synopsys.

Preferred Candidate Profile

7+ years of experience in Analog Design, SRAM/NVM or Foundation IP Design.

Experience with NVM technologies such as Flash, RRAM, MRAM or Logic-NVM.

Hands-on experience with Cadence/Synopsys tools.

Exposure to NVM IP benchmarking, onboarding and release activities.

Robust collaboration and problem-solving skills.
