Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead design projects from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring functional, aesthetically aligned spaces for residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, coordinating space planning, and selecting finishes, fixtures, and furniture in line with project requirements and brand standards. The role involves close collaboration with architects, contractors, carpenters, and the in-house furniture workshop team to translate designs into high-quality built environments.

The Senior Interior

Designer will conduct site visits, oversee design execution, monitor quality,



and address in office design issues to maintain project timelines and budgets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, requiring regular interaction with clients and internal teams to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional and aesthetically cohesive environments.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Architecture, including understanding of building systems and coordination with structural and MEP drawings.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Construction Drawings, including detailed layouts, elevations, and joinery/furniture drawings for execution.
- Candidates should possess experience with FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), covering selection, specification, and coordination with vendors and workshops.
- Candidates should have professional experience in interior design (preferably 5+ years), with a portfolio demonstrating residential and/or commercial projects.
- Candidates should be proficient in relevant design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Candidates should have strong project management, time management, and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Candidates should demonstrate effective communication and client presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
