Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer who can lead design activities, understand client requirements, develop cutting-edge interior design concepts, and coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams. The candidate should have strong design expertise, client-handling abilities, presentation skills, and leadership qualities to ensure projects are delivered according to client expectations, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Requirement Analysis

- Conduct client meetings to understand their requirements, preferences, lifestyle, functional needs, and budget.
- Provide professional design consultations and recommend suitable interior design solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the design and execution process.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and design-related discussions.

1. Design Development & Concept ualization

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Ensure designs meet client expectations, project requirements, and company standards.
- Review and modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

1. Client Presentation & Design Approval

- Prepare and deliver professional design presentations to clients.
- Present design concepts, layouts, 3D visualizations, materials, finishes, and project proposals.
- Explain design ideas, technical details, and proposed solutions effectively.
- Obtain client feedback and coordinate necessary revisions and final design approvals.

1. Team Coordination & Leadership

- Coordinate with interior designers, junior designers, draughtsman, estimation engineers, and project teams.
- Allocate design-related tasks and monitor team progress.
- Guide and support junior designers in design development and technical matters.
- Ensure smooth communication between the design, production, estimation,



and site execution departments.
- Monitor design deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

1. Project Coordination & Execution Support

- Coordinate with production and site teams to ensure designs are implemented as approved.
- Clarify design specifications, drawings, material details, and technical requirements.
- Resolve design-related issues arising during production and site execution.
- Ensure proper coordination between client expectations and practical execution requirements.

1. Quality Control & Documentation

- Review drawings, presentations, and design documents before submission.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in design outputs.
- Maintain proper records of client approvals, revisions, and design specifications.
- Ensure design activities comply with company procedures and project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, space planning, and material selection.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or other relevant design software.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Strong team coordination and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and design requirements simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle client meetings and professional design presentations independently.

Preferred Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design or design consultancy.
- Experience handling residential and commercial interior projects.
- Previous experience in leading design teams and coordinating multiple projects.
- Strong experience in client meetings, design presentations, and obtaining design approvals.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
