Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Process payroll administration tasks, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax filings.

- Maintain accurate records of employee data using HRIS software (e.g. Excel) to ensure statutory compliance.

- Provide support in resolving employee queries related to perks, leave management, and other HR-related matters.

Job Requirements :

- 4-6 years of experience in senior human resource operations executive role.

- Proficiency in Payroll Administration, Statutory Compliance, Hris systems (e.g. Excel), Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP functions.
