Position Summary The Senior HSE Specialist is responsible for implementing and managing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs across corporate office facilities. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, client standards, and FM operational procedures while promoting a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace for employees, visitors, contractors, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead HSE compliance programs across office facilities and workplace operations.

- Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and safety audits.

- Manage contractor safety, permit-to-work processes, and high-risk activities.

- Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety observations; implement corrective actions.

- Develop and coordinate emergency response plans, fire drills, and evacuation exercises.

- Ensure compliance with fire & life safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.

- Deliver HSE training, inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness campaigns.

- Monitor and report HSE metrics, audit findings, and corrective action status.

- Support sustainability initiatives, waste management, energy conservation, and ESG objectives.

- Maintain HSE documentation, statutory records, and compliance registers.

- Partner with FM operations, security, engineering, housekeeping, and client stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture.

Qualifications &





- Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health &
- Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

- NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent certifications preferred.

- 8+ years of HSE experience within Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Commercial Office Buildings, or Workplace Services.

- Solid knowledge of workplace safety regulations, contractor management, fire & life safety, and incident investigation.
