Job Overview:-

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional with 3–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment and Employee Management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, POSH compliance and the ability to handle a team and independently manage day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:-

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Handle job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations and joining processes.

HR Operations & Employee Management

- Manage employee onboarding, induction and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters and other HR documents.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns.
- Manage employee engagement, retention and internal communication activities.

Team Handling & HR Administration

- Handle and coordinate the HR team and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of HR activities.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning and HR requirements.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily HR operations.

POSH & Compliance





- Positive knowledge of the POSH Act and workplace harassment prevention guidelines.
- Assist in POSH awareness sessions, employee sensitization and related documentation.
- Coordinate with the Internal Committee (IC) for POSH-related activities.
- Maintain HR policies, compliance records and audit documentation.

HR MIS & Performance Management

- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, employee databases and HR reports.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Assist in payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management preferred.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employee lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of POSH and employee grievance handling is preferred.
- Previous team handling experience will be an added advantage.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word and other HR tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR responsibilities and coordinate with management.
