Job Description

. Experience & Required Skills

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in CSR, social development or community engagement.
- Experience in implementing CSR projects in infrastructure, EPC, power, renewable energy or manufacturing industries.
- Robust understanding of community development and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 – Section 135 and applicable CSR Rules.
- Experience in NGO management, project monitoring and impact assessment.
- Good communication, coordination, documentation and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and remote locations. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with hands-on experience in CSR implementation at project sites will be preferred.
- Experience working with local communities, Gram Panchayats, NGOs and government authorities.
- Exposure to rural development,



livelihood generation, healthcare and education initiatives.
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure or large-scale construction projects will be an added advantage. Key Competencies
