About the Role

A Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) works at the intersection of full-stack engineering, system architecture and client-facing deployment. FDEs work directly with client technical teams to integrate software products, adapt ML/AI models to client environments, build custom connectors and APIs, and deploy production-grade code into enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution and Integration Engineering: Design, build and maintain custom production code, APIs and microservices that integrate platform products into client software stacks.

- Client-Facing Deployment: Work with customer stakeholders and internal product engineers to gather technical requirements, resolve infrastructure issues and manage live rollouts.





- System Optimization and Scaling: Configure cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), write infrastructure as code, set up containerized workflows (Docker, Kubernetes) and optimize backend performance within client-specific constraints.

- Technical Feedback Loop: Share deployment insights, edge-case bugs and integration challenges with core product engineering to inform the roadmap.

Required Qualifications

- Programming: Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Java, Go or C++.

- Systems and Data: Advanced SQL; database architecture (PostgreSQL, MongoDB); REST/GraphQL API design; asynchronous data processing pipelines.

- Cloud and DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes.

- Client Engagement: Robust communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical architecture to both executives and technical leads.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
