- Material Inward & Outward: Inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders (POs), check for damages, prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and verify delivery challans (DCs).
- Inventory & Bill of Materials (BOM) Control: Pick, pack, and issue parts against project BOMs, manage stock levels, and update Tally systems.
- Storage & Organization: Maintain bin/rack labeling systems, follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices, and properly store sensitive items like electrical or ESD-safe automation components.
- Stock Audits: Conduct periodic cycle counts, track inventory discrepancies, and manage Reorder Level (ROL) benchmarks to prevent production delays.
- Documentation & Reporting: Log material issues/returns, track dispatches via courier or freight systems, and generate stock-aging reports
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
