About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI Full Stack Developer with robust hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core, Angular, and AI/LLM application development to build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready business applications.

The ideal candidate will combine full-stack development expertise with practical AI engineering skills, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, document intelligence, and AI-driven workflow automation.

This role requires someone who can actively design, develop, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions—not just use AI coding assistants or integrate existing third-party APIs into conventional applications.

Key Responsibilities1. AI / LLM Application Development

- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, and other relevant LLM technologies.
- Develop practical LLM-based solutions for business use cases, including intelligent document processing, information retrieval, data extraction, validation, and workflow automation.
- Implement prompt engineering, structured outputs, context management, and techniques to improve response quality and reliability.
- Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including document ingestion, preprocessing, chunking, embedding generation, retrieval, and context-grounded response generation.
- Implement semantic search and vector-based retrieval using suitable vector databases and search technologies.
- Develop document classification, document understanding, and AI-based data extraction and validation workflows.
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and reliability; implement appropriate validation, error handling, and safeguards.
- Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, latency, and cost.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications and automate business processes using AI.

2. Backend Development – .NET Core

- Design and develop scalable backend services using C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Build secure, maintainable RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Implement business logic, data processing, authentication, and authorization.
- Integrate LLM services, retrieval pipelines, vector search, and AI processing workflows into .NET applications.
- Work with Entity Framework Core, SQL databases, database design, and query optimization.
- Apply object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, appropriate design patterns, and clean coding practices.
- Implement logging, exception handling, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Ensure backend services are secure, reliable, and production-ready.

3. Frontend Development – Angular

- Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Build reusable components,



services, forms, routing, and frontend modules.
- Integrate Angular applications with .NET Core APIs and AI-powered backend services.
- Develop interfaces for AI-assisted workflows, document processing, search, data extraction, validation, and results review.
- Implement appropriate loading states, error handling, and user feedback for AI-driven operations.
- Maintain frontend performance, code quality, usability, and maintainability.

4. AI Integration and Enterprise Automation

- Build end-to-end AI-powered solutions using Angular, .NET Core, and LLM technologies.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing business applications and enterprise workflows.
- Develop automated document-processing workflows involving OCR, classification, extraction, validation, and structured data generation.
- Implement appropriate security and privacy controls for sensitive business data.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot, test, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI-enabled applications.

Required Technical SkillsA. Core Full Stack Skills — Mandatory

- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Practical experience developing web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and database design.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, debugging, and software development best practices.

B. AI / LLM Development — Mandatory

- Hands-on experience developing applications or features using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or comparable LLM platforms.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM application development.
- Practical experience implementing RAG workflows.
- Understanding and practical use of embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Experience with AI-based document processing, OCR, information extraction, validation, or classification.
- Ability to explain the AI architecture, implementation approach, challenges, and results of projects personally developed.

C. Additional Technical Skills

- Experience with Entity Framework Core and database performance optimization.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as Microsoft Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or comparable search/vector technologies.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and application deployment.
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, secure API development, and enterprise application architecture.

Critical Requirement:



Genuine AI Development Experience

We are specifically looking for candidates who have actively developed AI-powered solutions and understand the underlying implementation.

The following experience alone will not qualify as hands-on AI development experience:

- Using ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants to write or complete code.
- Developing conventional .NET/Angular applications with only basic AI-assisted coding.
- Calling existing OpenAI or other LLM APIs without meaningful AI workflow development.
- Having theoretical knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or Generative AI without practical implementation experience.

Candidates must demonstrate practical experience in areas such as RAG pipeline development, document intelligence, semantic retrieval, LLM orchestration, AI-driven extraction and validation, or comparable AI engineering projects.

Experience integrating AI APIs is useful, but API integration alone is insufficient for this position.

Experience and Qualifications

- 3–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong practical experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and Angular.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience developing AI/LLM-powered applications.
- Experience taking AI features from development through testing and deployment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative engineering environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate can explain an AI solution they personally built, including:

- The business problem and solution architecture.
- How documents or other source data were processed.
- How embeddings, retrieval, vector search, or other AI components were implemented, where applicable.
- How the solution interacted with the LLM and generated or validated outputs.
- How the Angular frontend and .NET backend communicated with the AI components.
- How accuracy, reliability, security, performance, and production issues were addressed.
