Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate SRE & DevOps Trainer to join our team. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps practices, Cloud Computing, CI/CD automation, containerization, monitoring, and infrastructure management.

The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering practical and industry-oriented training to students and working professionals. The trainer must have real-time project experience and the ability to explain complex technical concepts through hands-on labs, demonstrations, and real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training sessions on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps methodologies.
- Teach DevOps fundamentals, principles, tools, and best practices.
- Provide hands-on training on Linux administration and shell scripting.
- Train students on Git, GitHub, GitLab, and version control.
- Explain CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Provide practical training on Docker and Kubernetes.
- Teach Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Train students on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Explain monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and other tools.
- Teach SRE concepts such as SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and incident management.
- Provide training on system reliability, scalability, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Introduce log management, distributed tracing, and alerting mechanisms.
- Guide students through real-time DevOps and SRE implementation projects.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, practical labs, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical mentorship.
- Stay updated with the latest DevOps, SRE, and cloud technologies.





Technical Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices.
- Good knowledge of Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
- Knowledge of ELK Stack, logging, and monitoring.
- Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles.
- Knowledge of Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in production-level DevOps and SRE environments.
- Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems.
- Understanding of high availability, load balancing, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and GitOps.
- Familiarity with Argo CD, Helm, and service mesh technologies.
- Experience in corporate training or technical mentoring.

Experience Requirements

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
- Previous experience in technical training is preferred.
- Candidates with real-time production implementation experience will be given preference.
- Must be capable of independently handling practical and advanced-level training sessions.
