About the Role

We are hiring an HR Executive (HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition) to own end-to-end hiring for HavStrategy's growing teams. You will source, screen and close candidates across marketing, creative, sales and operations roles and help build a solid employer brand.

What You Will Do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
- Source candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala and through referrals.
- Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews and coordinate assessments.
- Schedule interviews and keep candidates and hiring managers updated.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards and hiring reports.
- Handle onboarding, documentation, HR records and employee engagement.

Who You Are

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or startup preferred).
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised and comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and HR tools.




- Experience hiring for marketing or creative roles is a plus.

Work Location

In-office role at Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You must be able to commute to or relocate to Noida, and you must have your own laptop.
