Hiring: Senior GenAi Engineer /AI Tech Lead / AI Architect (GenAI & Agentic Systems)

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Gen AI Engineers/ AI Tech Lead / AI Architect

Gen AI Engineer : 3-6yrs

Senior Gen AI Engineer: 6-8 yrs

AI Tech Lead: 8-10yrs

AI Architect : 10-13yrs

(3–15 years experience) to drive the design, architecture, and production deployment of next-generation Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

In this role, you will lead high-performing engineering pods, build scalable multi-agent systems, and translate complex enterprise use cases into robust, production-ready AI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and scale production-grade GenAI platforms, advanced RAG architectures, and multi-agent workflows (LangGraph, CrewAI, Model Context Protocol - MCP).

Design secure, low-latency microservices and APIs using Python (FastAPI) integrated with cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS).





Implement rigorous LLM evaluation, cost-governance, and Responsible AI guardrails (hallucination control, PII detection, security).

Collaborate with global enterprise clients and internal engineering pods to take AI initiatives from PoC to governed production.

What We’re Looking For

8–12 years of total IT experience, with a strong focus on AI/ML, LLMs, and Python engineering.

Proven hands-on expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and cloud ecosystems (Azure / GCP / AWS).

Solid system design background (HLD/LLD, microservices, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes).

Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring engineers and leading technical delivery.
