Senior Executive – Production Events

Expo India Connect is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Executive – Production to manage the planning, coordination and on-site execution of corporate events, exhibitions, conferences and government events.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate event production activities from setup to dismantling.
- Supervise fabrication, stall installation, stage setup, branding and venue arrangements.
- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, technicians and manpower teams.
- Manage event materials, inventory, logistics and transportation.
- Ensure timely execution as per approved layouts, BOQs and production schedules.
- Monitor sound, lighting, LED screens, electrical and other technical requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety standards.
- Control production costs and minimise material wastage.
- Prepare daily production updates, checklists and execution reports.




- Handle in office troubleshooting and ensure smooth event operations.

Eligibility
- Graduate or Diploma in Event Management, Production or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in event production, exhibitions or MICE.
- Strong knowledge of stall fabrication, stage production and event execution.
- Good vendor and manpower management skills.
- Ability to read layouts, BOQs and production drawings.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site during events.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in corporate events, exhibitions, Octonorm/Maxima stalls, German hangers, conferences and government events will be preferred.
