Role & responsibilities
1. Implement and monitor EHS policies and safety procedures across factory operations.
2. Conduct safety inspections, HIRA, JSA and risk assessments.
3. Ensure protected handling, storage and usage of chemicals and solvents.
4. Monitor fire safety systems and conduct emergency mock drills.
5. Implement Permit to Work (PTW) and ensure safe maintenance activities.
6. Monitor ETP/STP, hazardous waste disposal and environmental compliance.
7. Ensure statutory compliance with factory, environmental and safety regulations.
8. Conduct safety training, toolbox talks and contractor safety programs.
9. Investigate accidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
10. Maintain EHS documentation and support ISO.
