About Bititude Technologies

Bititude Technologies is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, promote our IT products, and support business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing campaigns, content planning, and lead generation. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our digital marketing activities, develop marketing strategies, and execute campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate business opportunities.

Experience in the IT or technology industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Plan, manage, and maintain social media content calendars across relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's IT products and services.
- Develop engaging marketing content, including social media posts, blogs, product promotions, and campaign creatives.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic.
- Identify target audiences and develop effective strategies to generate quality leads.
- Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the business development team to support lead generation and sales initiatives.




- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign management.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing channels.
- Understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and work independently.

Preferred: Candidates with experience marketing IT products, SaaS solutions, software products, or technology services will be given preference.
