Die Design Engineer – Sheet Metal

We are looking for an experienced Die Design Engineer with strong expertise in sheet metal die design, development, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Progressive, Compound, Transfer, and Stage Dies.
- Create 2D and 3D designs using VISI (preferred), NX, or CATIA.
- Interpret component drawings and define tooling requirements.
- Perform DFM reviews and ensure design feasibility.
- Prepare die design drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with tool room, production, and quality teams.
- Support die try-outs, troubleshooting, and design modifications.
- Ensure tooling quality and manufacturing standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Tool Design Engineering.
- 8–10 years of experience in sheet metal die design.
- Solid knowledge of sheet metal forming and press operations.
- Hands-on experience with VISI, NX, or CATIA.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, machining, and tool room practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
