? Urgent Hiring: Senior DevOps Engineer – AWS Agentic AI | C2C

We are urgently looking for an experienced Senior AWS DevOps / Platform Engineer with robust hands-on expertise in AWS, DevOps automation, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Agentic AI platform deployment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI use cases from POC to secure, scalable, observable, and production-ready services on AWS.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on infrastructure development, containerisation, CI/CD automation, security, observability, and production operations.

? Position Details

- Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer – AWS Agentic AI
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 Days Work From Office)
- Work Locations: Hyderabad | Bangalore | Chennai | Noida | Pune
- Engagement Type: C2C (Contract-to-Contract)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners ONLY
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week from the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and operate DEV, TEST, and PROD AWS environments for Agentic AI workloads.
- Containerise Agentic AI and Python workloads and deploy them using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), and Bedrock AgentCore.
- Build scalable and repeatable AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Implement AWS networking, IAM/workload identity, KMS, secrets management, and secure connectivity.
- Develop automated and secure DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines covering testing, security scanning, deployment, promotion, and rollback.
- Integrate AI/GenAI evaluation, regression testing, and guardrail gates into CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement end-to-end monitoring and observability using OpenTelemetry/ADOT, Amazon CloudWatch, and Bedrock AgentCore capabilities.
- Establish SLOs, production monitoring, resilience,



incident management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) practices.
- Apply FinOps and AWS cost-optimisation strategies to improve infrastructure utilisation, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with AI Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to deploy production-ready AI solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in AWS DevOps / Platform Engineering.
- Proven experience building and managing production-grade AWS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore (Mandatory) .
- Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, and Terraform/IaC.
- Experience developing CI/CD automation pipelines and implementing DevSecOps practices.
- Strong understanding of AWS IAM, security, networking, and secrets management.
- Production experience with OpenTelemetry/ADOT, CloudWatch, monitoring, and distributed tracing.
- Good understanding of SRE practices, SLOs, resilience, incident management, and RCA.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash and/or Python.

Essential Production Experience Candidates must have personally handled the complete lifecycle of production-grade AWS environments and containerised workloads, including:
- Infrastructure provisioning and automation.
- Security configuration and access management.
- Application/container deployment.
- CI/CD implementation and release management.
- Production monitoring,



troubleshooting, and operations.

Significant: Hands-on Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore experience is essential. Candidates with only infrastructure support, CI/CD-only, or non-production experience will not be considered.

Good to Have Skills

- AgentOps / Production AI Operations.
- AWS Control Tower, AWS Organizations, and multi-account environments.
- Helm, Argo CD, and GitOps.
- Prometheus and Grafana.
- High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR).
- MCP, tool, and API integration exposure.
- Experience working within SAP environments.

Preferred Certifications
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
- Relevant Kubernetes / Terraform certifications.

Note: Practical hands-on production experience will be given higher priority than certifications. ⚠️ Important Hiring Criteria

- Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid model with 2–3 days per week from the office .

- Solid hands-on production experience with Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore is mandatory.
