- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Hands-on experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS and DHCP).
- Experience with hardware installation and software configuration.
- Knowledge of ITIL, incident and ticket management.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
