- Project Understanding &
- Collaboration: Work with engineers and managers to understand requirements, specifications, and project scope.
- Design &
- Development: Create 2D drawings (AutoCAD), 3D models (SolidWorks), and perform reverse engineering for improvements or replacements.
- Problem-Solving &
- R&D;: Analyse issues, design solutions, and support innovation for current projects.
- Revisions &
- Accuracy: Incorporate feedback, ensure accuracy, and deliver projects within timelines.
- Documentation &
- BOM: Maintain design files, prepare BOMs, and ensure organized project documentation.
- Reporting &
- Mentoring: Prepare MIS reports and guide team members for continuous improvement.
- Additional Responsibilities: Handle tasks as assigned by management.
