A Senior Materials Manager in real estate construction oversees the end-to-end supply chain, procurement, inventory control, and logistics of building and finishing materials to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Strategic Procurement & Sourcing:

- Plan and execute material procurement strategies for steel, cement, aggregates, MEP supplies, and finishing items.
- Negotiate vendor contracts, frame agreements, and pricing terms to lock in bulk discounts and high quality.
- Evaluate, onboard, and audit suppliers and sub-contractors on delivery reliability and pricing.

Material Requirements Planning (MRP) & Scheduling:

- Coordinate with project and civil engineering teams to forecast material demands based on construction schedules.
- Prevent project bottlenecks or costly site halts by ensuring just-in-time (JIT) delivery of raw materials.

Inventory & Warehouse Management:

- Oversee central and site-level storage yards,



warehouses, and stockyards.
- Implement stock control systems, minimize material wastage, pilferage, and overstocking, and track consumption against Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

Quality & Compliance Oversight:

- Coordinate with Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) teams to verify that incoming materials comply with IS codes, RERA guidelines, and project specifications.
- Manage the rejection and replacement of substandard or damaged site deliveries.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership:

- Supervise site storekeepers, purchase executives, and logistics coordinators.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Finance, and Civil Contractors to reconcile accounts and track material budgets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
