Job Description

We are hiring International Travel Sales & Ticketing Executives with experience in international flight bookings, customer handling and travel sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, chats and WhatsApp.
- Search, compare and quote international flight fares.
- Handle bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations and refunds.
- Work on GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
- Understand airline fare rules, baggage policies and penalties.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with customers and maintain CRM records.
- Identify opportunities to upsell hotels, travel insurance and other travel services.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in international ticketing or travel sales.




- Knowledge of international flight routes, fares and airline rules.
- Hands-on GDS experience preferred.
- Valuable communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Preferred: Experience handling USA–India and Canada–India routes.
