Project Manager

Role Summary
Run single or multiple medium-sized projects end to end, owning both technical and management delivery. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from initiation to closure, with full delivery accountability.
- Assess requirements and define scope, plans, risks, and dependencies with solution and technical architects.
- Deliver projects on time, in scope, and within budget, with regular leadership updates.
- Apply RACI, escalation handling, and governance across cross-functional, cross-geography teams.
- Lead and mentor project leads, and plan training to build team skills.
- Contribute to proposals and Statements of Work.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 14–18 years in IT, including 5–7+ years leading teams and projects.
- Managed at least two clients in each of two regions: USA, EMEA, or APAC.
- Experience with Agile delivery,



Earned Value Management (EVM), and AI-led delivery.
- Robust stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Willing to travel as required.
