We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant or CA dropout to join our team in Surat. The candidate will primarily handle accounting and bookkeeping assignments for our US-based and Canada-based clients using QuickBooks Online (QBO).

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to international accounting, financial reporting and working with overseas clients.

### Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for US and Canadian clients.
- Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Perform bank, credit card and payment gateway reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses and other financial transactions.
- Perform monthly closing activities and prepare financial statements and reports.
- Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Coordinate with international clients regarding accounting queries.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely completion of assignments.

### Qualifications & Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA drop out
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Practical knowledge of accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Online.




- Knowledge of US and Canadian accounting practices will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

### Experience

- Freshers (CA / CA Inter) with good accounting knowledge may apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience will be preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or international bookkeeping will be an added advantage.
