We are looking for a skilled Senior Consultant with expertise in Workday HCM, Integrations Functional Configuration to join our team at ThoughtWorks Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday implementation and integration projects.

Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using Workday HCM, Integrations Functional Configuration.
- Design, implement, and configure Workday integrations with various systems and applications.
- Provide functional configuration services to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Workday implementations and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and configurations.




- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for Workday implementation and integration.

Job Requirements

- Robust knowledge of Workday HCM, Integrations Functional Configuration.
- Experience working on multiple Workday implementation and integration projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Experience with integration tools and technologies is an added advantage.
