Responsibilities Civil Engineer (Site Execution)

- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

- Handle core construction works including RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering and finishing.

- Execute and supervise MIVAN shuttering and aluminium formwork activities.

- Ensure construction is carried out as per approved structural and architectural drawings.

- Monitor reinforcement fixing, formwork, concrete pouring and slab casting activities.

- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, site supervisors and labour teams.

- Ensure quality control at every stage of construction and rectify execution defects.

- Monitor material consumption, labour productivity and daily construction progress.

- Ensure proper coordination of on-site construction activities and timely execution of assigned work.





- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with construction practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in building construction.

- Strong hands-on experience in high-rise residential/commercial construction, particularly RCC structural works and MIVAN shuttering technology.

- Sound knowledge of reinforcement, formwork, concreting and execution of structural works.

- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

- Should be capable of independently handling site execution, contractors, labour teams and day-to-day construction activities.

- Robust technical knowledge, problem-solving skills and commitment to quality and site safety.
