Job Purpose

- Provide deep application expertise and hands-on implementation capabilities to configure, support, troubleshoot, and continuously improve assigned.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

- Act as the primary technical expert for assigned ServiceNow modules and platform components.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, catalog items, integrations, and data structures.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and platform-related issues.
- Implement approved changes, enhancements, and ServiceNow configurations.
- Execute testing activities and support the deployment of platform releases and upgrades.
- Maintain application documentation, knowledge articles, and work instructions.




- Monitor platform performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Application Managers, Engineers, business users, and external service providers to deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with defined quality, security, and operational standards.

Experience Required

- Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and application support and maintenance.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in ServiceNow and related IT service management processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, administration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, module dependencies, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and quality-focused approach.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and service providers.
