Job Title: CNC HMC / VMC / VTL Operator cum Setter – Programmer

We are looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators cum Setters with hands-on experience in HMC, VMC and VTL machines, including CNC programming knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and set CNC HMC, VMC and VTL machines.
- Perform machine setting, tool setting and job setting.
- Create, edit and modify CNC programs.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Select appropriate tools, offsets and machining parameters.
- Perform first-piece inspection and dimensional checks.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Ensure production quality and achieve daily production targets.

Required Skills





- Minimum 5+ years of experience in CNC HMC / VMC / VTL.
- Strong knowledge of machine setting and operation.
- Hands-on CNC programming and program editing knowledge.
- Experience with Fanuc and other relevant CNC controllers.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, offsets and machining processes.
- Ability to use measuring instruments and read engineering drawings.
