We are seeking a driven Electrical / Electronics Engineering Associate to gain a comprehensive, 360-degree understanding of how engineering solutions progress from initial concept to commercial deployment. Serving as the vital technical link between product development and commercial strategy, you will take full ownership of office-based engineering operations, technical documentation, client quotations, and public procurement—with a primary focus on mastering end-to-end tendering on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal. In this multi-faceted role, you will analyze technical specifications across industrial and defense tenders, map internal engineering capabilities to client requirements, and compile competitive, fully compliant bid packages. Additionally, you will formulate detailed bills of materials (BOM), cost estimates, and official commercial proposals while leveraging high proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word) to manage structured cost models, project data, and official documentation, all while remaining actively engaged in component selection, quality compliance, testing, and field execution.
