We are looking for a highly motivated, revenue-driven Business Development Executive who takes ownership of client inquiries and responds proactively. This role is performance-focused, where higher responsiveness and conversions directly increase earning potential.
This is not a fixed-hour sales role. It is a revenue ownership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert B2B inquiries for nutraceutical manufacturing (Tablets, Capsules, Powders, Softgels, Gummies, Sachets)
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, email, and B2B portals
- Prepare and share quotations in coordination with R&D; and production
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
- Maintain robust follow-up system for higher conversion
- Ensure payment coordination and repeat orders
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline tracking
Work Model
- Office hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (mandatory presence)
- Outside office hours: Ownership-based response culture
- If available and free, executive is expected to respond to inquiries
- Lead ownership policy: Whoever responds first owns the lead
- High conversion = High incentive (no upper cap)
This is a revenue-driven role, not a time-bound job.
Required Profile
- 2–3 years experience in nutraceutical / pharma manufacturing sales
- Strong knowledge of dosage forms and basic FSSAI compliance
- Confident negotiator with strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable handling clients beyond standard office hours when required
- Target-oriented and ambitious personality
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives
