Job Vacancy: E-commerce Executive

Location (Multiple) : Lajpat Nagar, Delhi

Responsibilities:

- Manage online orders and customer records through CRM.
- Handle customer queries effectively.
- Manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Undergraduate
- Age: 18 - 25 years
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with English and Hindi
- Knowledge of Excel and CRM systems
