Position: MEP Draftsman

Work Location: Edappally, Kochi, Kerala

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman to prepare accurate MEP drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for engineering projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of drafting software and the ability to coordinate with engineers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed MEP drawings, layouts, and technical plans.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Prepare plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical service drawings.
- Develop shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with design engineers and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Review drawings and incorporate revisions based on engineering requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and relevant standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant engineering field.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of plumbing, and firefighting drawings is preferred.
- Knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
- Good attention to detail and coordination skills.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in MEP drafting preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
