Atravelq is looking for confident and enthusiastic Tele-Sales Executives to connect with potential travellers, verify leads, manage customer enquiries, and ensure smooth travel coordination.

KEY Responsibilities.
1.Lead verification: Connect with new leads .
2. Travel requirements: Understand customers destinations, budgets, travel dates, and group sizes.
3. CRM Management : Update lead statuses, customer details, and sales dashboards.
4.Payment Follow -ups: Track deposits, outstanding payments, and payment deadlines.
5. Follow ups: Reconnect with inactive leads and share relevant travel promotions.
6. Post Sales Supports : Coordinate travel vouchers, booking updates, and pre-trip arrangements.

Requirements
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-sales,



customer service.
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
✅ Knowledge of CRM software and basic computer operations.
✅ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and customer-handling skills.
✅ Confident, qualified, and customer-friendly communication.
