SAP WM Consultant | 8–10 Years Experience

Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced SAP WM Consultant with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse Management, configuration, implementation, support, and integration with key SAP modules. The candidate should be capable of independently handling business requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.

Requirement / Skill

Must to have

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM)

Must to have

SAP WM configuration and customization

Must to have

Warehouse structure configuration including Warehouse Number, Storage Type, Storage Section and Storage Bin

Must to have

Inbound and outbound warehouse processes

Must to have

Transfer Requirement (TR) and Transfer Order (TO) processing

Must to have

Putaway and picking strategies

Must to have

Inventory Management and Physical Inventory processes

Must to have

Handling Units and warehouse movements

Must to have

SAP WM integration with MM, SD and Inventory Management

Must to have

Experience in requirement gathering and functional specification preparation

Must to have

Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout or support projects

Must to have

Unit Testing, SIT and UAT support

Must to have

Production support and incident/problem resolution

Must to have

Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

Must to have

Experience working with ABAP teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports and forms

Must to have

Knowledge of IDocs and interfaces related to warehouse processes

Nice to have

RF/RF-enabled warehouse process experience

Nice to have

Batch management and Serial Number Management knowledge

Nice to have

SAP LE and Shipping process knowledge

Nice to have

Experience in S/4HANA environment

Nice to have

SAP EWM knowledge or migration exposure from WM to EWM

Nice to have

Experience with third-party warehouse system integration

Nice to have

Cutover, data migration and go-live support experience

Nice to have

Client/stakeholder management skills

Must to have

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Must to have

Ability to mentor junior SAP consultants and coordinate offshore/onshore teams
