Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Finance Operations Associate to support day-to-day financial operations, transaction processing, payment coordination, reconciliations, and financial documentation. The role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily finance operations, including transaction processing and financial documentation.
- Assist in processing vendor invoices, customer payments, receipts, and expense claims.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Verify invoices, bills, payment requests, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and operational expenses.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly finance and operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and banks for finance-related activities.
- Track payment schedules, pending transactions, and outstanding balances.




- Assist in month-end closing and audit-related documentation.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Identify transaction discrepancies and escalate issues to the reporting manager.
- Ensure financial processes are completed accurately and within timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, ERP, or other accounting software is preferred.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a team.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

- Accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
- Timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Accuracy of reconciliations and financial records.
- Effective follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Timely completion of finance operations and reports.
- Compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
