Role Overview

We are hiring dynamic, energetic individuals for the position of Field Sales Executive (Life Insurance). The candidate will be responsible for direct client interactions, generating leads, presenting suitable life insurance solutions, and closing policies across key territories in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits to prospect, engage, and onboard individual and family clients.
- Educate prospective customers on life insurance, term plans, child plans, retirement, and investment products tailored to their financial goals.
- Follow up on warm leads, cold calls, and client referrals to maintain a steady sales pipeline.
- Assist clients through the documentation, KYC verification, application submission,



and medical coordination process.
- Report daily activity, client visits, and pipeline status to branch leadership at the Arumbakkam/Porur offices.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Any Graduate / Higher Secondary (12th Pass) with an interest in direct field sales.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in field sales, retail sales, lead generation, or BFSI (Freshers with strong communication are encouraged to apply).
- Vehicle & License: Mandatory two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid Driving License.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel daily across Chennai for client appointments.
- Languages: Fluency in Tamil is essential; basic working English is preferred.
- Availability: Must be ready to join immediately or within 7 days.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
