Positive planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

Job Responsibilities :

Production Planning & Supervision

● Plan and execute shift-wise production schedules to meet daily and monthly targets.

● Supervise end-to-end production activities on the shop floor, ensuring smooth workflow and

minimal downtime.

● Be actively present on the production floor, working closely with the team during processing

operations.

Product & Process Control

● Ensure all products are manufactured strictly according to approved recipes and process

parameters.

● Oversee production of fresh chilled fish, meat and poultry, ensuring consistency in quality

and taste.





● Conduct regular checks during production to ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and

quality standards.

Team Management

● Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 20-30 production staff per shift.

● Ensure staff are working as per defined standards with speed, efficiency, and discipline.

● Provide on-the-job guidance, training, and corrective instructions to improve performance.

Packing & Freezing Operations

● Ensure the packing section follows approved SOPs for packaging, labeling, and handling of

finished products.

● Coordinate with the packing team to ensure timely movement of finished goods to

designated chillers or freezers.

● Monitor proper storage conditions and product traceability.

Compliance & Reporting

● Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and internal

quality protocols.

● Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, wastage data, and manpower utilization

reports.

● Report any deviations, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the Production

Manager/Plant Head
