Candidate Profile – ECCE / Pre-Primary Education Trainer

A passionate, dynamic, and dedicated education qualified with a vibrant and pleasing personality, excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), and a minimum of three years of experience as a Teacher, Principal, or Academic Coordinator in a reputed preschool.

The candidate must possess sound practical knowledge of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), a thorough understanding of the National Curriculum Framework for the Foundational Stage (NCF-FS), and expertise in developmentally appropriate pedagogy, play-based learning, activity-based teaching, and child-centred learning methodologies.

The ideal candidate should have excellent training, mentoring, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to conduct teacher-training workshops,



demonstrate effective classroom practices, guide teachers in implementing the foundational-stage curriculum, and monitor academic implementation in schools.

The candidate must be willing to travel extensively to visit partner schools at different locations, conduct on-site training sessions, support teachers, and ensure effective programme implementation.

A commitment to educational excellence, continuous learning, and bringing meaningful change to classrooms is essential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
