Job Title: HR & Compliance Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR & Compliance Manager to manage the company's human resources activities and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management and employee records.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and company rules.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and government regulations.

- Maintain statutory records, registers, licences and compliance documentation.

- Handle payroll coordination, employee benefits and salary-related documentation.

- Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.

- Coordinate employee training, performance management and workplace discipline.

- Conduct regular compliance checks and internal audits.

- Coordinate with government departments,



auditors and external agencies regarding compliance matters.

- Ensure proper implementation of workplace safety policies and company procedures.

- Prepare HR and compliance reports for management review.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.

- Relevant experience in HR management and statutory compliance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.

- Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage employees and handle HR-related issues independently.

- Positive knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.

Preferred Experience: Minimum 3–5 Years

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
