Position: Design & Approvals Manager

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: ₹42,000–₹62,000 Per Month

Experience: 8+ years

Qualification: Any Degree

Job Description:

1.Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and other consultants.

2.Manage drawings and maintain a proper drawing register.

3.Ensure the latest approved drawings are available at project sites.

4.Coordinate GHMC, HMDA, Fire Department, and other statutory approvals.

5.Track approval applications, submissions, and follow-ups.

6.Coordinate drawing revisions and approvals with consultants.

7.Maintain records of drawings, approvals, and statutory documents.

8.Ensure compliance with applicable approval requirements.

9.Coordinate design changes with Project Managers and site teams

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
