Position: Executive/Senior Executive– Talent Acquisition
Industry: Seed / Agriculture Industry(Preffered)
Experience: 0 – 3 Years
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple workforce categories within the organization. The role involves sourcing and hiring for white-collar, blue-collar, contractual, off-roll, trainees, and interns, ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle hiring for white-collar, blue-collar, trainee, and intern roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment drives.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining recruitment quality.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Support bulk hiring initiatives for seasonal or project-based requirements.
- Generate recruitment reports and status updates for HR leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Experience in bulk hiring or multi-category workforce recruitment will be preferred.
- Prior exposure to seed, agriculture, FMCG, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
