Role SummaryThe Senior Accounts Manager oversees day-to-day accounting operations, ensures statutory and regulatory compliance specific to NBFCs (Reserve Bank of India norms), manages general ledger entries, and leads internal, statutory, and tax audits. [1, 2, 3]Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping & General Ledger:
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing of books of accounts.
- Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, bank and branch reconciliations, and fixed asset registers.
- Maintain accounting records in compliance with Indian GAAP / Ind-AS and RBI regulations for NBFCs. [1, 2, 3]
- Statutory Compliance & Taxation:
- Oversee timely computation, filing, and reconciliation of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Handle tax assessments, statutory audits, internal audits, and RBI/regulatory reporting requirements.




- Prepare XBRL filings and annual financial statements, including notes to accounts.
- MIS & Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information System (MIS) reports, Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements, and cash flow projections for senior management.
- Track portfolio metrics, cost controls, and budget variances.
- Banking & Treasury Coordination:
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for fund-raising, working capital, cash credit (CC) limits, and bank guarantees.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor, guide, and supervise junior and mid-level accounting executives to ensure operational accuracy and professional growth

M com/CMA/CA graduate with 3 to 5 year managerial experience in NBFC. Candidates must be in and around Thrissur within 20 KM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
